The permit is issued to the resident by building management. We tell you what is usually required and plan the move around the approved slot.
What if the service lift is small?
Large pieces are dismantled where possible and carried with extra crew. Tell us the floor and lift size when you request a quote.
Can you move a studio in a few hours?
Yes. A studio or one-bedroom apartment within the same city is often completed in half a day.
What documents does a Dubai building usually ask for?
Requirements vary, but buildings commonly ask for tenancy details, Emirates ID copies and a mover's trade licence. We can share our documents with building management on request.
Can you move on the same day I get the keys?
Yes, if the building allows move-in on the handover day. Tell us the handover time and we schedule the arrival after it.
